Gerard Properties is a small family run property management company based out of Huntington Beach California.


The owner and founder Scott Gerard has been in the industry since 1987. He founded Gerard Properties in 1995. His wife Jaimee Gerard has a background in business management and runs the day to day operations in office. Cole Gerard has decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and is a licensed broker,  he has chosen to work the family business side by side with his dad.


We are a highly effective company, our success is based on personal relationships with investment property owners, residents and vendors.

    Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
